I realize results occur under many different scenarios including my own efforts, or the efforts of those who work for me. At a minimum, I will learn about website marketing principles. I'm ready to get started by making a non-refundable one-time payment of $379 now.

Terms of Service
Thank you for selecting the MyOnlineToolbox Contractor Website SEO Educational class, an online service (the “Service”). This license agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, the Licensee, a single legal entity identified in the registration process provided as part of the sign up form (“Licensee”, “you”), and ServusXchange, LLC. (“ServusXchange”, “we”, “our” or “us”). This Agreement governs Licensee’s access to and use of the Software Service.

Licensee must accept the terms of this License Agreement before accessing or otherwise using the service.

This Service is intended for people in the contracting industry consisting of handyman, plumbers, painters, electricians, carpenters, roofers, remodelers and other related businesses.  These Services are provided by accessing a website (“Site”).

By purchasing access to the service, Licensee indicates that it has read and understood, and agrees to the terms of this Agreement. 

If Licensee is NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT and be connected by these terms and conditions, Licensee SHOULD NOT PURCHASE the Service.

1. LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS. ServusXchange grants Licensee a personal, time limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, to access and the Service solely to learn how to generate better leads to their own business website.

You are not licensed or permitted to do any of the following and shall not allow any third party to do any of the following: (i) copy to resell, copy to distribute, republish or distribute in any way the material from the Service to anyone not part of your business, (ii) permit any third party to benefit from the use the material from the Service, (iii) transfer any of the rights granted to Licensee under this Agreement;

2. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP. The Service is licensed, not sold. ServusXchange reserves all rights not expressly granted to Licensee in this Agreement. The Service is protected by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property rights. ServusXchange owns all right, title and interest in and to the Service and all intellectual property rights therein.

3. NON-REFUNDABLLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES. The Service is licensed by a paid subscription for a limited access time.  The length of the license is described in Section 4.     

The Subscription Fee is Non-Refundable, No Exceptions. 

Licensee agrees they will not sign up and ask for a refund, for any reason.

4. TERMINATION.  This license is valid for 30 Days from purchase.  

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and ServusXchange disclaims all guarantees, express or implied, regarding the Service.

ServusXchange does not warrant the Service will have any specific result since the topics are generic in nature, and do not take into consideration many variables such as the Licensee's current website condition for marketing, the effort the Licensee is willing to actually follow, how many Lead Generation and Marketing Listing Services the Licensee may have already signed up, and the local competition for making it harder to obtain Licensee's own website marketing progress.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  The limitation of damages set forth below are a fundamental element of the basis of the good deal between ServusXchange and Licensee.  

The entire cummulative liability of ServusXchange for all matters arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be limited to $1.

ServusXchange shall have no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplarary damages, including damages relatings to loss of business.

6.  AMENDMENT.  ServusXchange shall have the right, to change or add to the terms of its Agreement at any time, (provided that it is not ServusXchange’s intent that such change substantially affect the license rights granted to Licensee in Section 1 and for which consideration was paid by Licensee) and to add, change or delete any topic item covered in the Service.
